No — upload the sheet once per term. Every week's list is already inside; the right one surfaces automatically each week.
Be the first to upload the sheet — it takes one photo. From then on, every parent in the class can search and use it.
Usually yes — we also use the weekly pattern of the other dates to work out unclear ones. If anything comes out wrong, you can reorder or fix it in two taps.
Once a week's date has passed, its list is marked Completed and folded away. Nothing is deleted — you can still open past weeks for revision.
